On the 7th of April, Imanta Resorts will be pleased to present the Imanta Wine Inauguration Dinner at an event where the Rivero Gonzalez-Imanta exclusive wine collection-inspired by our natural paradise-will be announced.

The menu at our luxury hotel in Punta de Mita will refer to the 4 elements (water, earth, fire, and air), and you will be able to try our delicious dishes designed for every taste, whether you prefer to try fresh fish, homemade vegetarian food, grilled red meat, and delicious desserts, you will be delighted with the food that we have prepared especially for this occasion:

WATER

Catch of the Day, Oysters, Chowder, Swordfish, Soft Shell Crab, Yellowfin Tuna, Scallop, Shrimp Soup, White Clam.

EARTH

Fresh Sprouts and Vegetables, Organic Lettuce and Leafy Greens, Homemade Oils and Vinegars.

FIRE
Off the Firewood Grill: Lobster, Catch of the Day, Buffalo Hamburger, Rotisserie Beef Leg, Wild Boar Rib. Baked Potatoes on Firewood, Roasted Corn, and Quesadilla station, Blue Corn Tortillas and Organic Mountain Corn.

AIR
Crème Brûlée with Chile, Mole Truffles, Cuala de Coco, Banana Pie, Merengues and Artesanal Ice Cream.

Of course, the star of the night will be the wine. We will have the pleasure of presenting 4 wines with unique characteristics, that will serve as the perfect pairing for the dinner. The wines that we will present will be:

A dry rose made from Merlot.

Rivero González Tinto:

Red made from Merlot, Cavernet Sauvignon, and Cavernet Franc, aged 24 months in barrel.

Rivero González Naranja:

Rivero González Naranja is an experimental and unique vintage wine. The fermentation of the Palomino wort was carried out together with the maceration of the riesling husks in oak barrels, to give it more body and aromas to the wine.

Bodega Rivero González is one of the most prestigious vineyards in the north of the country, based in Parras Coahuila. The company is proud of its 100% Mexican artisanal products, and committed to the conservation of the environment, has sustainable processes, in addition to collaborating with the development of the community of Parras.

Rivero González is a family-owned wine company originally from the Valley of Parras, Coahuila. Rivero González wines are made by friends and for friends, and we are convinced that its sophistication lies in its simplicity. The first vineyard was born in 1998 and the first wine to be marketed was Rivero González red in 2004.

From the growers who look after the vineyards to the winemakers who work with us year after year, with every harvest our team takes pride in bringing locally, environmentally, and socially responsible products. In the countryside, we manage responsible agriculture and harvesting is done by hand by workers from the village of Parras who work year-round with us, year after year.

There are 2 collections of wine, as well as other natural products such as walnut in different presentations, even quince, jam, oregano and more.
